As always, MOTAL is looking for ways to expand our reach. At present, we are seeking new venues for Your Baby's Amazing Brain (YBAB), and hope you can help us spread the word. Below is information about the exhibit and contact details. Please feel free to forward them to anyone that comes to mind.

We are thrilled to invite you to experience Your Baby's Amazing Brain, a captivating traveling exhibition brought to you by The Museum of Teaching and Learning. This unique exhibition is designed to enlighten and empower those who play a pivotal role in shaping young minds—parents, grandparents, early childhood teachers, and caregivers.

Discover the Wonders of Early Brain Development
At Your Baby's Amazing Brain, you'll explore the fascinating world of early brain development as you make your way through the exhibition. Highlights include:


A Large Model of the Human Brain: 
This focal point of the exhibition showcases the brain’s physical make-up and functions as well as detailing ways for parents and caregivers to support early brain development.


12 Interactive Experiences: 
Discover how to reinforce your child’s brain development through our fun and engaging interactive experiences; these include topics such as, “The Magic of Play”, “Communication and Language” and “Physical Activity”.


Discover your Caregiving Style: 
At the end of each interactive experience, you will learn about your caregiving style and how it contributes to brain development.


Inclusive:
The exhibit is available in four different languages: English, Spanish, Korean, and Vietnamese.

This exhibition is more than just an educational experience; it's a journey into understanding how you can support and nurture the development of young minds. Whether it’s a parent eager to learn how to best support their child's growth, a grandparent interested in the latest educational strategies, or a teacher seeking innovative classroom techniques, Your Baby's Amazing Brain offers insights for everyone.

Flexible Setup for Your Community
The exhibition is designed to be set up in various locations, including school campuses, museums, libraries, community centers, and hospitals. Our exhibition trailer is well-lit, air-conditioned and ADA-compliant, which includes a wheelchair lift.

    Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
    10AM - 4:00PM
    Every Third Saturday
    9:00AM - 3:00PM

    The exhibition tells the story of the influential court case, Mendez et al. v Westminster School District et al. Our award-winning exhibition’s full title is A Class Action: The Grassroots Struggle for School Desegregation in California. This will be its seventeenth venue.​
